About Us

Terrace Holdings, LLC is partnership between Philip Drees and Adam Chaney that began in 2005 for the purpose of developing residential and commercial opportunities in the Greater Cincinnati area. 

Adam Chaney

Adam Chaney is a Northern Kentucky native with a background in Commercial Banking, National Retail Operations, Real Estate Development and Construction.  Mr. Chaney began his career as a Commercial Analyst and Lender with Star Bank, N.A. and later Bank One, N.A.  In 1996 Adam left banking to form Chaney, LLC, a national airport concessions operation with locations in Atlanta, Cincinnati, Orlando, Los Angeles, and Salt Lake City.  In 1999 he became managing member of WWB Development Group, LLC, a real estate development company created to develop 200+ residential building lots in Independence, KY. Since 1999 Mr. Chaney has developed and managed numerous real estate ventures with his primary focus on commercial opportunities within the Northern Kentucky market.

Phil A. Drees

Philip A. Drees grew up in Northern Kentucky working in his family’s home building business, The Drees Company.  Phil left The Drees Company as Land Development Manager in 1998 to form Triangle Design Group, Inc. a residential and commercial real estate development firm.  Mr. Drees is a member of the National Home Builders Association and served as President of Land Development Council in 2005 and 2006.  Currently Phils’s focus has evolved and now concentrates on Terrace Holdings development projects with a unique vision where land isn’t just converted into lots but built into an identifiable community that capitalizes on the area’s physical and demographic features.
